Kaitlin Carter

Kaitlin has been behind the chair since 2019. She’s most experienced in blonding and balayage's because she loves to be able to freely paint the hair. What keeps her in this career is the moment she takes the cape off of her client to see the effects she made in her guest’s confidence – it’s her clarification that she’s in the right industry. Kaitlin has been with us for a while, and while she’s a great listener, she definitely keeps us laughing.
